| Custom molded metal-rubber
seals
Metal-rubber seals
are a combination of metal and rubber mechanically and/or
chemically bonded together. The metal is machined or stamped
to become an integral part of the application assembly.
The rubber is then bonded either to the edge of the metal,
in machined grooves, across metal surfaces or in any combination
of the above.

Custom molded rubber shapes
Rubber seals are
manufactured in a large variety of shapes and materials. Shapes include plugs, caps, grommets, duckbill style seals and a multitude of configurations to fit even the
most challenging applications.
|
| Fastener seals
Fastener seals are edge-bonded metal and rubber seals designed to fit
standard bolts and nuts. The metal-rubber bond is
application dependent and can either be mechanical (coin and
spline method) or chemical (edge bond method). The rubber
profile is also application dependent and has a wide range of
configurations (rounded, triangular, self centering, etc.).
Fastener seals are designed to seal directly under bolt
heads or along the threads of the fastener.
