More than 30 years experience in rubber seal manufacturing. Lynne was International Seals’ first quality manager and first production manager. Lynne was instrumental in material development, fabrication , processing and quality control procedures for a wide range of products serving aerospace, medical, semiconductor, premium industrial and automotive industries until her departure in 2000.
